The Wilong BIO-G-F-D series small benchtop glass fermenter system is designed for R&D, process development, and small-scale production. It can be used for basic process optimization, parallel experiments, scale-up processes, media optimization, and other related biotechnology research. Pre-configured microbial fermentation systems of various specifications provide users with multiple solutions. A single computer can control multiple glass fermenters independently or as a parallel reactor network. This series of reactors can be used for microbial and fungal cultures (such as E. coli, Pichia pastoris, etc.). It supports high-density, aerobic, and anaerobic fermentation. It is perfectly suitable for R&D, pilot testing, and small-scale production, assisting in bio-industry strain screening, formula research, process development, and rapid raw material verification, improving R&D production efficiency, reducing costs, and shortening product development cycles. This series of glass fermenters is powerful yet easy to scale up, making it an excellent choice for microbial fermentation R&D projects.

● AI-powered PID control: Automatically identifies various on-site scenarios such as changing setpoints, pure time delay, additional disturbances, unexpected power outages, etc., and simulates expert thinking to adjust the working state of the PID, achieving accurate control without overshoot or undershoot in various applications. Optimizes the control of parameters such as liquid level, pressure, temperature, pH, and DO.

● Uses high-quality electrodes, high precision, good stability, and high consistency in production.

● Adopts a magnetic coupling stirring system, zero leakage, no pollution, long life, and maintenance-free.

● Equipped with a gas mass flow meter for precise control of gas supplementation.

● Automatic online sampling, online monitoring of nutrients, metabolites, and cell growth

● The tank top cover has no welded parts. All metal parts are made of 316L stainless steel. Non-contact stainless steel parts are mirror-polished, and contact stainless steel parts are electropolished, Ra<0.4μm, easy to clean.

● Borosilicate glass tank body, with good shock resistance, corrosion resistance, smooth surface easy to clean, and excellent transparency, convenient for visual monitoring during the cultivation process.

● Cooling can be achieved through a semiconductor refrigeration system, internal coil, or glass jacket

● Three-level password protection, allowing multiple operator accounts to be used simultaneously.

● Optional OD sensor for online monitoring of bacterial concentration/cell density. A dedicated cell density module enables online measurement of cell density and feedback feeding. Expandable functions include exhaust gas analysis and online glucose detection.

● Feeding control: Supports connection of an external balance and feeding pump, PID control, realizing complex feeding strategies

● Remote monitoring and remote alarm functions are available, notifying the user via SMS, phone call, or WeChat.
