The Willong BIO-G-F-M series miniature glass parallel bioreactor system comes standard with a 4-parallel tank system (expandable to hundreds of parallel networks based on customer needs). It features a compact design with a small footprint, advanced bioprocess control, automated operation, and information management solutions, suitable for microbiology research and early process development. Parallel process control, precise control of all relevant parameters, user-defined schemes, and numerous automated control programs make process development faster and more efficient. The Willong Ai-BIO software solution supports DoE, process history databases, and comprehensive data management. Customizable solutions meet unique application needs, such as high-throughput automated strain construction, screening, process development, and biosynthetic process research.

● Semiconductor refrigeration system for cooling, eliminating the need for chilled water preparation, with individual tank temperature control;

● Air, N₂, O₂, and CO₂ are independently controlled and mixed by four mass flow meters (optional), allowing for surface and deep aeration;

● Precise miniature variable-speed peristaltic pump with minimum flow control up to 0.3L/hour. Modular design of the control system allows for flexible system configuration to meet specific application needs;

● Magnetic coupling stirring system, zero leakage, no pollution, long life;

● Temperature, stirring, pH, level, and DO control (customizable cascade mode) in each bioreactor;

● Variable speed pumps accurately add liquids in batch, fed-batch, continuous, and perfusion modes;

● Online calculation of absorbance values, such as OD600 or cell dry weight; online calculation of OTR, CTR, and RQ values;

● Compatible with Willong Ai-BIO for interconnection and bioprocess information management.

● High parallelism, synchronization of signal acquisition and command sending, ensuring operational parallelism, data comparability, and result validity. One-button start/stop of the same group of fermenters, one-button calibration of temperature, pH, DO, etc., sensors of multiple bioreactors, and one-button synchronization of setting parameters to all reactors can be achieved.

● Miniaturization aimed at scale-up, ultimately aiming to facilitate subsequent process scale-up. During reactor miniaturization, full consideration is given to maintaining as much consistency as possible with production tanks in terms of structure, flow field characteristics, and control methods.
