Multi-effect distiller
The Wulang WL-WFI multi-effect distiller is manufactured using the latest patented technology and complies with cGMP, WHO, GAMP, HTM2010/EN285, ASME BPE, GB150 and other standards. It uses steam heating and pure water as raw water to produce equipment that meets the quality standards of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and the United States Pharmacopoeia for water for injection. This machine adopts the principle of multi-effect evaporation, allowing heat energy to be reused repeatedly, resulting in significant energy savings. The design fully complies with the current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) requirements and can produce high-quality water for injection, meeting the requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia for water for injection in the pharmaceutical and biological product industries. The WL-WFI series distiller uses steam for heating and multi-effect distillation, employing the company's patented three-stage separation process to ensure that the endotoxin index of the final water for injection does not exceed 0.01 EU/ml; it features patented technology for continuous removal of non-condensable gases, meeting HTM2010 and EN285 standards; the entire machine uses a Siemens S7 series control system, with a user-friendly interface and convenient operation. The equipment structure is entirely made of AISI316L stainless steel and is electropolished and passivated. Welding is performed using internal argon gas protection. Sealing gaskets are made of polytetrafluoroethylene or medical silicone rubber, ensuring they are non-toxic, high-temperature resistant, and non-shedding. The insulation layer is covered with AISI304 stainless steel sheet, with a smooth and flat outer surface. The insulation material does not contain asbestos products.
