On June 18, the 20th "China Straits Innovation Project Achievements Fair" (hereinafter referred to as the "Straits Innovation Fair") was grandly held at the Fuzhou Straits International Convention and Exhibition Center. This year's "Straits Innovation Fair" lasted for three days, focusing on the elements of "projects, technology, capital, and talent." It featured exhibition areas such as the Digital Economy Pavilion, Marine Economy Pavilion, Green Economy Pavilion, Culture and Tourism Economy Pavilion, and Comprehensive Innovation Pavilion, as well as exhibitions of innovative achievements, state-owned enterprise innovation, financial services, and land-sea cooperation. The Straits Innovation Fair will also hold the 18th Fujian Grain Production and Sales Cooperation Fair, the China (Fujian) Rural Revitalization Expo, and the 2022 China (Southeast) Smart Medical Industry Summit and the 1st China (Fujian) Smart Medical Expo.
It is understood that for many years, "6.18" has become an important platform for Fujian enterprises for project cooperation, technological exchange, capital introduction, and talent introduction, accelerating the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into productive forces and creating opportunities for the development and growth of participating enterprises. After more than ten years of development, "6.18" has become increasingly mature and an important platform for promoting mass entrepreneurship and innovation. This project achievements fair is jointly hosted by the Fujian Provincial People's Government and more than 20 national ministries, units, and central enterprises, as well as national industry associations (societies), including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the China Association for Science and Technology, the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation.
At this exhibition, Fujian Weilang Biotechnology Co., Ltd. showcased its independently developed "fully automatic intelligent cell suspension culture bioreactor" at the 618 Straits Fair, attracting widespread attention. The Weilang bioreactor boasts superior performance and has been widely used in the research, pilot testing, and large-scale production of biopharmaceuticals such as vaccines, antibodies, and recombinant proteins, receiving high praise from users. The booth attracted many visitors and media reporters, and the staff enthusiastically demonstrated and communicated patiently. After understanding the features and advantages of the Weilang reactor, the audience, industry leaders, and enterprises expressed high recognition and affirmation.
