The Willong BIO-G-F-M series miniature glass parallel bioreactor system, standard configuration is a 4-parallel tank system (expandable to hundreds of parallel networks according to customer needs), is compact and space-saving, featuring advanced bioprocess control, automated operation and information management solutions, suitable for microbiology research and early process development. Features such as parallel process control, precise control of all relevant parameters, user-defined schemes and numerous automated control procedures make process development faster and more efficient. The Willong Ai-BIO software solution supports DoE, process history databases and comprehensive data management. Customizable solutions are available to meet unique application needs, such as high-throughput automated strain construction, screening and process development, and biosynthetic process research.

The Willong BIO-G-F-D series small benchtop glass fermenter system is designed for R&D, process development, and small-scale production. It can be used for basic process optimization, parallel experiments, scale-up processes, media optimization, and other related biotechnology research. Pre-configured microbial fermentation systems in various specifications provide multiple solutions for user applications. A single computer can control multiple glass fermenters independently or as a parallel reactor network. This series of reactors can be used for microbial and fungal cultures (such as E. coli and Pichia pastoris). It supports high-density, aerobic, and anaerobic fermentation. Perfectly suited for R&D, pilot testing, and small-scale production, it assists in bio-industry strain screening, formulation research, process development, and rapid raw material verification, improving R&D efficiency, reducing costs, and shortening product development cycles. This series of glass fermenters is powerful yet easy to scale up, making it an excellent choice for microbial fermentation R&D projects.
